Our healthcare system isn’t always set up to promote preventative care. But, you don’t have to wait until you’re hurt to work with a run-specific physical therapist! I find that if you don’t make time to prioritize strength and recovery while training, you’ll be forced to prioritize them when you’re injured. Let’s work together to keep you strong and ready to chase your PRs!
